Our Food and Nutrition Department consists of five Registered Dietitians who assess, educate, and make nutrition recommendations on both inpatient and outpatient children with special nutritional needs. DCH dietitians also serve as a resource to community programs, and local schools and universities through mentor programs, speaking engagements, program development, and in-services.
