Objetivos, la Facultad se Esforzará por

  • Enseñar y demostrar los principios básicos de la obtención de una buena historia y cómo realizar un buen examen físico.
  • Enseñar las condiciones básicas y comunes en la ortopedia pediátrica común.


Objetivos-al Final de la Rotación, el Alumno será Capaz de

  • Tomar una buena historia
  • Hacer un muy buen examen físico
  • Conocimientos básicos de revisión de rayos x
  • técnicas básicas de entablillado y enyesado


Actividades de Aprendizaje

  • Para consultas, el estudiante realizará evaluaciones iniciales durante la admisión de pacientes hospitalizados y proveerá un seguimiento diario
  • Hará rondas diarias con los cirujanos en el servicio de pacientes hospitalizados
  • Asistencia al Informe Matinal es obligatorio.

  • Bibliotecas médicas en el campus del hospital y en el campus de la Universidad A & M de Texas
  • Revistas y libros


Evaluación

  • El preceptor médico, con quien ha trabajado el estudiante, debe completar (100%) el Formulario de Evaluación Clínica.
