We are trying to make your experience at the Memorial Service a positive one. This year’s service will be the first we have had off campus for several years. We are planning to have it back at First Christian Church on Santa Fe Street in Corpus Christi, very near the hospital.

Below you will find the electronic form to preregister for the event which will be Saturday, March 25, 2023.

If you have attended before, please fill out the form and check the box “Updating Information.”

If this is your first time to attend, please check the box, “First Time to Attend.”

When you have filled out the form, click the “Submit” button.

Your information will not go anywhere except to us and we will never share or sell your information.

We will be displaying photos of the children being remembered before and after the service. If you would like your child’s photo to be included, please email the photo of your choice to us by March 17, 2023. If you have sent your child’s photo in the past, we ask that you please still send the photo you want included this time.

Please email the photo with your child’s name, birth date and date of death. We will format the photo for the service.
